A must see - the emotion and the complexity that exists between a mother and a son is demonstrated in this film in such a real and intense manner... the sentiments are raw, the scenes are well-played and the actors are portraying everything with such authenticity. As a spectator, and mother, I felt for both the son AND the mother - I especially sympathized with the mom in a scene where the boarding house director tells her that her son might benefit from a masculine role model at home because it seems to be HER fault that her son has run away... I was right there on the phone with her giving that man a piece of MY mind, thank you very much.
